AllModular’s mastery of furniture installation and logistics came in handy for one of our biggest jobs: a technology company’s four-building global HQ. Across 40+ floors, we assembled over 6,000 workstations and installed furniture in all the meeting rooms, private offices, and common spaces, including over 100 custom-designed items.
Enterprise projects with AllModular
Responsible for handling installation for multiple locations—sometimes in the hundreds for a given enterprise project—we’ve earned the trust of our furniture dealer partners. Working with us on a continued basis, dealers don’t have to reinvent the wheel for each site. From receiving and storing multi-part shipments to deliveries and installs across various sites, we provide scalable asset management, coordination, and installation services. We support enterprise projects from warehouse to job sites and connect all the dots in between.
This project demanded next-level coordination and organization to ensure products were delivered and installed at the right place and on time. The sheer variety of products—commercial furniture, custom pieces, and retail items—demanded acute attention to detail and close communication with our partners.
We also adapted our team’s structure to help keep the project on track. For a large project like this one, we designate a Special Projects Manager—one of our highest-level people—and four lead installers to head up a team of up to 30 installers.

In the lounge and waiting room spaces, we made sure every piece of comfy classic furniture was pristine and perfectly positioned to carry through the project’s refined aesthetic.
Like the private-office casework, the firm’s ancillary lockers and storage units demanded precision installation. We fit every piece snuggly, and the resulting clean lines allowed these sleek white compartments to dissolve into the background as the design vision intended.
